About Replacements


An item fulfilled by BesideShop can be replaced for no extra cost through our Online Returns Centre if your order meets certain criteria.


Which items are eligible for a Free Replacement?


All FBA (Fulfilled by BesideShop) items sold on BesideShop.com that are returned because they arrived in a damaged/defective condition or if the item delivered turned out to be different from what was ordered will be eligible for free replacements, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.


Note: If an eligible item is out of stock, it will not be replaced. Only a refund against the returned amount will be issued.


Conditions for Free Replacement


Only items which are Fulfilled by BesideShop, are within the return window and in stock with same seller (exact same item) are eligible for a free replacement. You may request for a replacement if any of the following apply:


  • Damaged item received
  • Item is missing parts or accessories
  • Item received is different from what was ordered
  • Defective item/does not work properly


Note: Orders for which a replacement has been requested in the past, will not qualify for another replacement.


For items fulfilled by third-party sellers - We are unable to initiate a replacement or refund for items fulfilled by third-party sellers. For replacements for missing parts or Accessories, please refer to the Replacements for Missing Parts or Accessories section below.


Replacements for Missing Parts or Accessories


If you received an order that is missing an item or parts, you can initiate a refund or a replacement on BesideShop.com, depending on how the item was fulfilled:


  • For items fulfilled by BesideShop: Go to Your Orders, locate your item with the missing part, select Return or Replace Items, and choose Standard Refund or Replacement.
  • For items fulfilled by third-party sellers: You can contact the seller from Your Orders and describe the missing parts or items. Go to Your Orders page and locate the appropriate order. For the selected order, click on "Contact Seller" to write to the seller. Once you've drafted your mail, click on the "Send E-mail" button.

Note: You may also contact the product's manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the product packaging or in the paperwork included with the product.
